In other news, I finally have a place of residence in the UK! Hurray! In a somewhat surprising turn of events, I will be living in a Postgraduate Intercollegiate dorm in London- it's some 40 minutes away from the main campus of Royal Holloway, but much closer to...well, London.

Here I come!

In other other news, I got a reading list from University (British slang omgAHH!).

"Snatch" Sundays - 3 Weeks to Houston, 5 Weeks to London

I've been living up the summer- Des Moines style- pretty hardcore in preparation for the big move.


Some memories I've been accumulating:

Des Moines shirts from Raygun. 

Supernatural aka "Supernatch" aka "Snatch" Sundays with mah ladies. Kissy gets scared.

 But for some reason we can't keep our eyes off the screen.

I don't think it's just the mimosas.




And of course there's always band practice to keep me busy.

 

Since I know I'm going to miss it here, there's no way that during the next three weeks I'm going to miss out.
